Michigan-based Class A CDL Theory training provider
FLO LLC (Freight Logistics Operation) is a Michigan-based CDL training provider offering FLO-authored online Class A CDL Theory training. Our program is built to help students prepare for the FMCSA Entry-Level Driver Training (ELDT) theory requirements through structured lessons, practice tests, and clear progress tracking.
FLO LLC is not the official Michigan Secretary of State examination system, and does not issue CDLs, CLPs, or state licenses. Our training and practice content is designed to help you prepare for those official steps.

These resources are operated by the U.S. Department of Transportation (FMCSA), not FLO LLC, and may occasionally be temporarily unavailable due to federal system maintenance.
Active-duty, Guard, Reserve, and veteran CDL options
FLO LLC proudly supports active-duty service members, National Guard members, Reservists, veterans, and transitioning service members pursuing civilian commercial driving careers.
Your military commercial-vehicle experience may qualify you for special CDL testing exemptions or waivers.
FLO LLC can help you identify the appropriate training pathway without requiring you to purchase training that may not be required.

Submit Funding InformationCanadian and Mexican drivers hauling international freight into the United States
General information only — not legal or immigration advice. FLO LLC does not issue visas, does not decide admission to the United States, and cannot guarantee any visa, admission, license or operating-authority approval. The U.S. Department of State issues visas; U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) decides admission at the port of entry. Confirm current requirements with the official sources below.
A foreign truck driver bringing freight into the United States is admitted as a B-1 business visitor. The B-2 category is for tourism and personal visits; it does not cover commercial driving. Many Mexican drivers carry the DSP-150 Border Crossing Card (“laser visa”), which is a combined B1/B2 document — the trucking itself must still fit the B-1 rules below.
Admission, the driver's license and the carrier's authority are different approvals from different agencies. Having one does not grant the others.
Everything above is about entering the United States. A U.S. driver or carrier operating in Mexico follows Mexico's rules — transport requirements of Mexico's Secretaría de Infraestructura, Comunicaciones y Transportes (SICT) and Mexican immigration requirements — not CBP or FMCSA rules. FLO LLC does not issue Mexican permits. See the official SICT website.
